Resolv Global is looking for 2 Full-Time AI Developers/Software Engineers to join our growing team in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Work Model: Hybrid; 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely
- Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
- Compensation: Competitive salary in USD, negotiable based on experience and skills
- Payment: Weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Base44.
- Build and manage integrations, workflows, and automations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Optimize applications for performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and processes.
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Remote Work Technical Requirements
Because this is a hybrid position, candidates must have a reliable home setup that allows them to work effectively on remote days.
You will need:
- Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
- 16 GB RAM
- Dual monitors
- Webcam and headset
- i5 processor or higher
- Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
- Backup power solution
- Microsoft Teams / Office 365

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking AI Developers/Software Engineers with strong hands-on experience working with Base44 and a solid understanding of application development, integrations, workflows, and technical problem-solving.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, developing and improving applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Base44.
- Demonstrated experience building, modifying, and maintaining Base44 applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation is highly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- Must be based in Barranquilla, Colombia, and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
