The challenge We're building the team that runs our AI agents in production, and we're looking for the person who will build the technical foundation everything else runs on. This is a new area — you'll come in at the ground floor and grow with it.
What you'll do - Build and automate the infrastructure (with Terraform) that lets us deploy new agents safely and repeatably, without reinventing it each time.
- Set up the monitoring that tells us whether an agent is healthy: latency, errors, cost, and real-time behavior.
- Automate deployments so they ship to production with automatic checks, not by hand.
- Create the templates and tooling other teams use on their own — your work multiplies everyone else's.
What we're looking for (must-haves) - 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
- Solid command of Linux and a cloud provider, ideally AWS.
- Python for automating tasks.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), or a strong drive to learn it deeply.
- An improvement mindset: when something is manual and repetitive, your instinct is to automate it.
Bonus points (not required) - Containers (Docker), CI/CD, or monitoring/observability experience.
- Having run services in production or taken part in on-call rotations.
What you'll learn here (and almost no one else in Mexico is doing yet) You’ll learn to operate artificial intelligence in production at scale: how to monitor a language model, how to control its cost, and how to build the \"paved road\" that makes deploying new agents fast and safe. It's one of the fastest-growing areas in tech and you'll get in on the ground floor.
