We are looking for a Developer to drive AI adoption activities, specifically leveraging GitHub Copilot, across customer teams. This role is pivotal in coaching developers, enhancing development efficiency, supporting onboarding and adoption, and establishing best practices for AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities
+ Coach and guide development teams on effective usage of GitHub Copilot
+ Help developers leverage AI-assisted coding for code generation, code optimization, documentation, and unit test creation
+ Analyze team development workflows and recommend Copilot best practices
+ Support customer teams with onboarding, adoption, and post-adoption activities
+ Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and hands-on workshops
+ Collect adoption metrics, feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
+ Prepare user guidance, process documentation, and best practice documents
+ Coordinate with scrum teams and support teams for issue resolution and enablement activities
+ Participate in client-facing discussions, status meetings, and adoption reviews
Requirements
+ Strong software development background and Agile/Scrum knowledge
+ Proficiency in Java
+ Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools
+ Solid understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and developer workflows
+ Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
+ Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams
Nice to have
+ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
+ Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and developer productivity solutions
+ Experience in platform adoption/support activities
