AI Engineer (Java/Python) - MCP & AI Platform Consultant
What You'll Do
- Develop AI platform components, including AI Agents, MCP Servers, and orchestration services.
- Build scalable backend services using Java and/or Python.
- Develop REST APIs, event-driven services, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks into business workflows.
- Design secure and scalable AI solutions following modern engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, AI Engineers, UX Specialists, and Platform teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and continuous platform improvements.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
- Experience with Java and ideally Python.
- Experience developing backend APIs and distributed systems.
- Good understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Asynchronous processing
- Event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, and containerization.
AI & Modern Platform Experience
Experience with some of the following is highly valued:

- Junior/Mid-Level Position
- Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
