Be our NEXT AI Engineer (Java/Python) - MCP & AI Platform!
- Strong experience in Java and familiarity with Python
- Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
- Experience with cloud-native development and scalable backend services
- Experience designing modular, secure and scalable architectures
- Experience with AI platform components such as MCP servers, AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, LLM integration frameworks, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering and AI tool integrations
- Experience building enterprise AI capabilities including retrieval systems, context management, and AI-driven workflows
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise systems and business workflows
- Experience with enterprise integrations, API design and orchestration layers
- Experience working with databases, APIs and enterprise cloud services
- Knowledge of secure access patterns and enterprise-grade system design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and Git workflows
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration)
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring and production support practices
- Understanding of trunk-based development and semantic versioning
- Nice to have: experience in banking or regulated environments
- Nice to have: knowledge of security and access-control patterns
- Nice to have: experience with Snowflake or enterprise data platforms
- Nice to have: experience integrating enterprise workflow tools
- Nice to have: exposure to Team Topologies or platform engineering concepts
