AI Engineer - Python, FastAPI, Onsite
We have an immediate need for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Large Language Models, RAG, Agentic Workflows, and Enterprise AI Solutions to design and develop an AI-powered support bot for Hypercare query resolution.
This is an onsite position based in Sunnyvale, CA for a candidate with deep experience in Python, FastAPI, LLM-based applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI Workflows, Knowledge Assistants, API Development, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Enterprise Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building multi-source retrieval pipelines that integrate incident tickets, knowledge bases, documentation, logs, APIs, and PLM systems such as Teamcenter, while working within enterprise security, governance, and AI platform requirements. Experience with PLM/Teamcenter, Agile, Hypercare, production support, incident triage, and enterprise AI platforms is highly preferred.
