Our infrastructure enables autonomous agents and smart contracts to access live web data, interpret natural language, and resolve disputes using AI consensus.Backed by Maelstrom (Arthur Hayes), Arrington Capital, and North Island Ventures, we are defining a new category of decentralized infrastructure: trustless decision‑making for the AI age.Role OverviewAI‑First Developer / Builder– we are hiring a developer to work on prototypes, tools, and internal systems that push the boundaries of intelligent contracts and AI‑enabled infrastructure.You will collaborate closely with a small technical team in a highlyAI‑assisted development environment, using tools like Claude Code, Open Claw, and other agent‑based workflows to accelerate exploration and development.This role is ideal for someone who:Enjoys building quickly.Is comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.Uses AI agents as part of their daily workflow.Wants to work on cutting‑edge AI + blockchain infrastructure.What You’ll DoBuild AI‑driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems.Develop Python backends and APIs for AI‑powered features.Work with LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines.Prototype AI‑assisted developer workflows.Experiment with new AI capabilities for intelligent contracts.Design small full‑stack applications (backend + simple frontend).Use AI copilots and agents extensively in llaborate closely with a small team to rapidly test and iterate on ideas.RequirementsWe care much more abouthow you buildthan how many years of experience you re SkillsStrong Python development.Experience building APIs or backend fortable with modern full‑stack development (React, Node, etc. is a plus).Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI tooling.Familiarity with Lang Chain, vector databases, RAG, or agents is a plus.MindsetBuilder mentality – you like shipping fortable working with AI‑assisted coding tools.Curious and experimental.Able to work autonomously in a fast‑moving fortable working with uncertain or evolving specifications.Nice to haveExperience with crypto, blockchain, or smart contracts.Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD.Familiarity with data pipelines or document processing.LocationHybrid role based inBarcelona.
