About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered features into real production products.
You will play a key role in designing scalable AI infrastructure and integrating intelligent capabilities into a mature SaaS platform.
What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-native product features.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that support AI and machine learning workflows.
- Design scalable backend architecture using Node.js and Go.
- Work across the full stack, including occasional React UI development.
- Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, reviews, and code reviews.
Required QualificationsMust Have
- Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered features into production environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- AI Assistants
- OCR and document extraction systems
- Machine Learning products used by real customers
- Experience designing:
- Data pipelines
- Evaluation frameworks
- AI guardrails
- Monitoring and scaling infrastructure
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
- Strong Node.js experience.
- Experience with Go (Golang).
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred
- Python.
- Redis.
- React.
- AWS, GCP, Docker, or Vercel.
- Experience creating custom evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
- Experience fine-tuning models or working directly with ML workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience in LegalTech, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, or related industries.
