Salary and Benefits Salary range (but not limited to): 118,700 - 145,100
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance).

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the role We’re looking for a Senior AI Full‑Stack Software Developer (Python/React) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
Participate in the design and application design around an event‑oriented architecture.
Help our testers in setting up component and integration tests.
Participate in the development and evolution of front‑end and back‑end components for the execution of our algorithms.
Participate in the technological watch and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.
Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team.
Ensure the high level of quality of the work delivered.
Strengthen the development team productivity.
Oversee the development of appropriate tactics to achieve objectives.
Support and be proactively involved in problem situations or issues.
Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in development.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, AWS, REST / Swagger.
A good knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
A knowledge of AI concepts, GenAI, RAG and MLOps best practices.
Experience with automated UI testing.
Well documented and ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English‑speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
