Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior AI Full-Stack Software Developer (Python/React) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and application design around an event-oriented architecture.
- Help testers in setting up component and integration tests.
- Participate in the development and evolution of front-end and back-end components for the execution of our algorithms.
- Participate in the technological watch and definition of development standards to ensure system efficiency, resilience and sustainability.
- Optimize the platform for maximum velocity and scalability.
- Optimize and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the team.
- Ensure the high level of quality of the work delivered.
- Strengthen the development team productivity.
- Oversee the development of appropriate tactics to achieve objectives.
- Support and be proactively involved in problem situations or issues.
- Play a Technical Leader / Mentor role for Squad members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, AWS, and REST/Swagger.
- Good knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of AI concepts, GenAI, RAG and MLOps best practices.
- Experience with automated UI testing.
- Well documented and the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand.
- For Quebec-based candidates, bilingualism is required to interact regularly with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; Canadian work experience is not required.
