SLNG is creating the Voice AI gateway that will empower the next generation of speech-powered products. What do we offer?
- We pay top of market. We want to serious talent in the team, and we benchmark compensation accordingly.
- Equity. All full-time, permanent roles include stock options — we want everyone to share in the upside as we build.
- Hybrid by design. 3 days/week in the Barcelona office for collaboration and culture.

- Build the SLNG developer portal in modern frameworks (e.g. Next.js).
- Create real-time transcription + TTS dashboards.
- Integrate billing, compliance, and usage analytics.
- Build new voice experiences for our current and potential customers
- Strong React/Next.js/Tailwind.
- Experience with APIs + streaming UX.
- Bonus: WebRTC, WebSockets.
