A leading provider of digital entertainment services is seeking a Software Engineer to join one of the teams working on internal systems for advertising preparation and broadcasting. These systems are critical to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of ads to a global audience. While the exact team and responsibilities will be defined at a later stage, the role is expected to involve full-stack development and integration of AI-based solutions. The teams operate in a distributed environment across multiple time zones (primarily USA and Poland), and follow modern engineering practices including proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components of internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features using tools like OpenAI APIs and LangChain
Work with vector databases to support RAG-based retrieval mechanisms
Follow best practices in software engineering and participate in process improvements
Communicate effectively in a distributed, international team environment
Skills :
Must have
Proficiency in frontend development using React and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with backend development in Python
Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar AI/LLM integration platforms
Experience working with LangChain, including building basic AI agents or workflows
Hands-on experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures
Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD
Nice to have
Prior experience in advertising technology or broadcasting systems
Familiarity with DevOps practices, observability, and incident response workflows
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience working in globally distributed teams
