Overall Responsibilities:
Develop machine learning applications that align with project requirements and business objectives.
Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for modeling, including predictive analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Research, test, and implement advanced algorithms to enhance model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and deployment into production environments.
Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and optimize hyperparameters to improve performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Technical Skills:
AI/ML Experience:
3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical applications.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Programming Languages:
Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Data Processing Tools:
Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and ETL pipelines.
Big Data Technologies:
Familiarity with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Computing:
Understanding of distributed computing and parallel processing.
Version Control:
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Design Principles:
Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional design principles.
Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering and design.
3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical uses.
