We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python programming expertise to develop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Utilize LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel to build GenAI applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for AI model training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience working with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
