Ai-Native Full-Stack Developer (Java/Spring + Angular) Barcelona

At CAS Training, a leading company with over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, outsourcing, and specialized training, we are looking to incorporate an AI Engineer / Senior Full-Stack Developer into our team.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (minimum 4 years of experience) with strong backend expertise in Java/Spring or Kotlin/Quarkus, and frontend experience with Angular.

We highly value candidates with hands-on experience in AI Coding Agents, especially Claude Code, and a deep understanding of how to integrate AI agents into the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and optimize engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the AI backbone supporting software delivery
• Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models and coding agents within the codebase
• Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and specification generation
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs
• Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional development experience
• Strong backend skills in Java/Spring or Kotlin/Quarkus
• Frontend development experience with Angular
• Hands‑on experience with AI Coding Agents, especially Claude Code
• Deep understanding of integrating AI agents into the software development lifecycle
