- How Python handles memory, use it cloud containers, concurrency in Python
- Experience on multi agent architecture and very good exposure on agentic workflows.
- Should have built agentic system in production for enterprise
- Experience in Lang Chain, Lang graph, Galileo
- Prompt engineering chain of thoughts, react
- Knowledge on how memory and other details are managed
- Should have experience on how hand-off works and how context is managed and handled
- Should have experience on how to setup guardrails, governance framework, observability
- Not looking for ML folks
- Good team player and no cheating using Chat GPT etc
