AI Product Manager 2 (Developer Tooling & Enablement)

Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and gaming industry, is seeking an AI Product Manager 2 to join their dynamic team. As an AI Product Manager 2, you will be part of the AI Enablement and Development department supporting cross-functional teams focused on embedding AI across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging emerging AI tools to drive impactful projects which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AI Product Manager 2 (Developer Tooling & Enablement)

Location: Redmond WA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $57/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

• Develop and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope to ensure successful delivery of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and product teams to define and refine business requirements for AI-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software and AI-powered experiences, including recommendations, search, and discovery features.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, develop rollout strategies, and ensure defect-free product releases.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in project management within technology or AI-related projects (2-4 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and modern developer workflows.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python (3-5+ years experience).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical programs involving engineering, design, and legal teams (4-6+ years).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences.
