About Us Natura Labs is a fast-growing performance marketing agency managing paid social programs across a portfolio of DTC brands. We have a library of high-impact scripts and direct-response frameworks, and we need a hands-on video editor with strong editing fundamentals who also lives and breathes the latest AI video tools -- and understands direct-response editing well enough to turn our scripts into scroll-stopping ads of various formats (UGC, mini-VSL, long-form VSL, problem/solution, and more).
What You'll Do AI Video Production Use AI avatar and lip-sync tools (Arc Ads, Lip Dub, D-ID, Deep Brain, or equivalent) to create lifelike spokesperson and UGC-style videos Generate and integrate synthetic voiceovers and AI-generated video via Google VO3, Eleven Labs, or similar Work with AI generation platforms like Higgsfield, Runway ML, or Comfy UI to produce and enhance footage Recreate viral reference videos with high fidelity in pacing, visual structure, and editing style
Direct-Response Editing Adapt scripts into 1-10 minute vertical ads for Facebook, with on-screen captions, kinetic text, and strong hooks Implement proven DR elements: first-3-sec pattern interrupts, clear CTAs, and scroll-stopping overlays Long-form VSL editing experience (20 min+) is a strong bonus -- we have scripts ready to produce
End-to-End Workflow Assemble assets (stock B-roll, UGC clips, AI-generated footage), apply color grading, sound design, and motion graphics Organize and upload completed videos to shared folders with clean naming conventions Maintain and update a shared creative tracking spreadsheet Submit structured daily EOD updates via Slack Iterate fast on feedback -- new cuts delivered within 12-24 hours Optimize exports for platform specs
Must-Have 2+ years editing direct-response VSL/UGC ads for DTC e-com brands Strong foundation in traditional video editing -- pacing, cuts, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics Comfortable in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Da Vinci as your primary editing tool Hands-on experience with AI video and avatar tools (D-ID, Deep Brain, Higgsfield, Runway ML, or similar) -- AI is a core part of the workflow, not optional Proven portfolio showing both traditional edits AND AI-assisted videos -- share links or screenshots Strong sense of pacing, hook placement, and DR storytelling in 30-120 second formats Expected to deliver multiple video outputs daily with fast turnaround Comfortable working async with a
remote team -- we run on Slack EODs and shared trackers Fast turnaround, high attention to detail, and solid async communication
Nice-to-Have Prior work on health or wellness DTC brands with compliance-clean visuals Experience with caption styling for mobile-first platforms Familiarity with Vidalytics or Wistia for VSL embedding Ability to spin up quick A/B variant edits (color, text, hook angle) Comfy UI or Lo RA experience is a big plus
