MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Controls, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
Strong foundation in digital signal processing and sensor fusion techniques
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for algorithm development and prototyping
Experience with machine learning and physics-based modeling
Familiarity with vehicle dynamics, tire mechanics, and sensor technologies Ability to work with vehicle CAN/CAN-FD, IMU, GPS, and tire sensor data
Experience with embedded system constraints and real-time execution
Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical stability and accuracy
Experience in validating models using lab and vehicle test data
Understanding of automotive software development processes and safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
