Job Description
The Senior Algorithm Software Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced algorithms to solve complex computational problems and enhance system performance. This role requires deep expertise in algorithmic design, strong coding proficiency, and the ability to work on high-impact projects that demand scalability, accuracy, and efficiency. The incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate algorithms into production-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced algorithms for data processing, optimization, and computational modeling.
Analyze problem statements and identify the most efficient algorithmic approaches.
Optimize existing algorithms for improved performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate algorithms into software systems.
Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and verification of algorithmic solutions.
Research and evaluate emerging algorithmic methodologies, technologies, and frameworks.
Document algorithm designs, implementation details, and performance benchmarks.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance in algorithmic problem-solving.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
In-depth knowledge of algorithmic principles, data structures, and computational complexity.
Proven experience in developing algorithms for real-world applications.

Expertise in mathematical modeling and numerical methods.
