Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer to join our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Python. Experience in model architecture and a basic understanding of the stock market will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain high-performance trading systems and infrastructure
Collaborate with quantitative researchers to implement and optimize trading algorithms
Develop and maintain robust, scalable and efficient code for real-time trading environments
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and deployment
Maintain version control of your code using Git / GitHub
Continuously improve system performance and reliability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain competitive
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
Proficiency in Python, Java
Experience with model architecture and design
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and software design principles
Basic Knowledge of the stock market and financial instruments is a plus
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in algorithmic trading of financial markets
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
