About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Java , and React to build and enhance enterprise-grade digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) , backend development using Java, and modern frontend technologies to deliver scalable and high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
- Build reusable and scalable AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs, Workflows, and Services .
- Develop backend services using Java/J2EE and integrate them with AEM.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React , JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Work on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Configure and manage AEM Dispatcher for caching and performance optimization.
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability following best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
- Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) .
- Strong programming experience in Java/J2EE .
- Experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSP , and responsive web development.
- Experience in AEM Component Development , Templates, Dialogs, Sling Models, OSGi Services, and Workflows.
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and deployment.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git .
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Vue.js or AngularJS .
- Exposure to AEM Commerce/e-commerce integrations .
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
