The E2E Environment Manager is responsible for defining, enabling, and governing end‑to‑end (E2E) environments that support implementation, testing, integration, and conversion activities. This role ensures environments are scalable, stable, and aligned to program delivery needs through strong cross-team coordination and structured governance.

E2E Environment Strategy & Governance
Define and drive the end‑to‑end environment strategy aligned with program implementation requirements
Establish standards to support testing, integration, data seeding, and deployment activities
Ensure environments are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with governance frameworks
Review and approve strategies prior to execution
Environment Build, Configuration & Integration
Oversee environment setup and configuration across platforms and systems across:
Front/ Middle and Back office systems
Compliance/ Accounting/ Trade routing/ Derivative/ Private credit and pricing systems
IBOR, Performance, Risk& Analytics systems
Reference data configurations – Account/ Security/ Counterparty/ benchmarks
Coordinate with product and technology teams to enable system integrations and configurations
Ensure environments support application development, client onboarding, and vendor interfaces
Conversion & Data Management
Define and execute conversion and early data seeding approaches
Plan and coordinate conversion activities across environments
Manage data readiness including extracts, cleanups, SSCD groups, and fund restrictions
Ensure systems and environments are prepared for successful conversion cycles
Environment Coordination & Delivery
Coordinate environment support across release and implementation teams
Partner with:
Release Managers (patches, upgrades, feature rollouts)
Implementation Leads (integration, onboarding, configuration)
Drive end‑to‑end fund setup and tracking across all implementation phases
Testing Enablement
Enable environments for BUAT/CUAT and feature testing cycles
Coordinate setup of test scenarios and ensure environment readiness
Support stable and repeatable testing execution across iterations
Change, Release & Governance Coordination
Support change control processes and platform deployment approvals
Facilitate cross-team alignment on release schedules and environment readiness
Coordinate environment impacts associated with deployments and upgrades
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Establish and lead environment governance forums (internal and client-facing)
Act as the central point of coordination across technology, product, and delivery teams
Communicate environment status, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Experience in environment management, platform delivery, or large-scale implementations
Strong understanding of E2E testing lifecycles and data conversion processes
Ability to coordinate across multiple systems, teams, and integration points
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
