Role Responsibilities
Location contracts: Monitoring and supporting negotiations. You’ll be an expert in study of places, market, opportunities, real estate or market quotes, expiration, monitoring of billing and payments. Monitoring of contracts and signatures. Municipal authorizations: updating of consolidated information. Management of large accounts. Management of DDJJ payments and presentations with the Tax department. Debt management and PYP payments. Also, statutes and all authority documents will be supported. Training courses: verify that employees complete the compliance course. Follow business requests to other internal areas of the company. New products statistics. Gather documentation about the labor/local ministry visit. Billing of branch services.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or be a student in Business Administration or related. Two or more years of experience in administration, finance or controlling areas in FinTech, multinational companies, retail channels. Management of large volumes of data. It requires strong analytical skills and a proven ability to make sense of data. Assertive communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required. The key will be to be analytical, organized, and methodical. Order and clarity in presentations/reports. Advanced Microsoft package is required. Teamwork attitude. Intermediate English level is desirable
