Analyst - Program/ Project 2
This role provides analytical, administrative, and program support for the Request for Attachment (RFA) process within Joint Pole Operations. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking RFA requests from initiation through completion; gathering and researching technical and operational data; maintaining records and workflow systems; monitoring project status and performance metrics; and ensuring compliance with established attachment requirements and processes. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role supports the timely review, approval, and execution of RFAs; resolves routine operational issues; improves reporting and process efficiency; and ensures data accuracy across systems. Leveraging business and technical knowledge, the position contributes to program execution, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making to support organizational objectives and the safe, reliable management of attachment activities. Required Skills/ Attributes: Experience conducting utility asset, infrastructure, or telecommunications records analysis. Ability to perform detailed visual desktop reviews and field-audit validation of utility pole attachments and communication-space facilities. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
