- Providing support in the implementation of initiatives and programmes for wider adoption of Information and Communications Technology in the Government / local community
- Software development on backend e.g., React, Nodejs, OpenShift, Springboot, Jenkins and JAVA, also manage vendors response regularly
- University degree in Information Technology or relevant specialty
- At least 2 years’ exp. in React framework, Node.js
- At least 10 years of IT experience
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, work independently, good analytical and problem-solving skill
