Project Nature (T26)- (a) e-Inspection of Licensed Hawkers and Markets System (EIHMS) EIHMS is a web-based application to capture, process, store and correlate inspection records of Fixed Pitch Hawkers and Public Markets with the use of mobile devices to improve the process efficiency. The Mobile App for the EIHMS implemented by the Contractor is installed in the mobile devices and used by FEHD frontline staff to discharge their duties, i.e. to inspect licensed fixed pitch hawkers and market stalls under the assigned order.
- (b) Hawker Licence and Hawker Conviction System (HLCS) To allow effective handling of the issue and renewal of hawker licences and the keeping of previous conviction records of hawkers.
Duties
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD;
- Upgrade the system software;
- Conduct IT-related administrative tasks such as Disaster Recovery Drill and system backend jobs;
- Implement change requests based on new user requirements;
- Provide maintenance and on-going support;
- Update documentation.

Requirements
- Working hours: Normal office hours
- Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR
- Language required: Cantonese and English
- On call duty: Not required
- Technical Skills:
- At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
- At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
- At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
- At least 3 years' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP);
- At least 3 years' experience in VBA (VBA).
- Non-technical Skill:
- At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
