Responsibilities
Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HYAB;
To coordinate with user teams on collecting user requirements; develop, deploy, and maintain e‑Forms currently hosted in CEFS platform
To maintain the File Interchange Service currently hosted in GCIS for e‑Form use
To provide project support and work with maintenance contractor on development and maintenance for several internal applications
To assist in regular SRAA, compliance audit exercised of the internal applications
To support the daily operation of remote office
To support on Windows Upgrade project
To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Yrs of Total Post‑Quali Exp 3.0
Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0
Possess hand‑on experience in Linux, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, JSON, Python, Shell Script;
Familiar with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS);
Experience in supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022
Experiences in Cloud, MySQL is advantages
Hands‑on experience in participating in government compliance audit exercises for IT general facilities or IT infrastructure or application system(s) is advantages
Able to work independently and shall possess proactive manner, strong analytical, programming, testing, and troubleshooting skills
Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
At least 3 years' experience in Electronic Form (EFM)
At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5)
At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN)
At least 2 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS)
1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage
1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage
1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage
At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV)
1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage
1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage
1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage
1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage
Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
