Project Nature (T26) IT systems operation support, maintenance and enhancements, and office automation
Duties
Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; Normal Working Hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 9:00 - 17:45
- To provide technical support to enhancements of Medical Device Information System (MDIS), including programming, testing and bug fixing;
- To perform code review and provide technical advice to enhance system robustness and stability;
- To elicit user requirements and liaise with contractor to complete changes and enhancements;
- To provide ongoing support to MDIS in production;
- To provide support to website administration and office automation;
- To carry out other IT related duties as and when required; and
- To work in non-office hours as and when required.

Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibilities, and good analytic, presentation & liaison skills;
- Solid experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA;
- Solid experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB;
- Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis;
- Solid experience in providing end user support;
- Able to work with business end users and multiple technical parties;
- Solid experience in website administration and office automation is preferred;
- Solid experience in using Angular, Spring framework, AsposeTotal for JAVA, Kendo UI and iText is preferred
- Solid experience in developing on-premises AI-integrated solutions is preferred; and
- Solid experience in using Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
Technical Skills
- At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
- At least 1.5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
- At least 1.5 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
- At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
- 1 year's experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage;
- 1 year's experience in Office Automation (OAN) is an advantage;
- 1 year's experience in Website Administration (WEA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills
- 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
- 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
- 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage.
