Job Duties:
- Consolidate project data to prepare periodic status reports, master trackers, and statistical summaries.
- Assist in preparing performance indicator reports and audit documentation.
- Maintain central repositories for project documents and system records.
- Manage content on internal portals and shared drives.
- Prepare training plans and training reports.
- Liaise with vendors on course scheduling, logistics, and participant registration.
- Distribute training surveys, consolidate feedback, prepare summary reports, and distribute certifications to participants.
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
- At least 1 year' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charting), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and familiar with SharePoint/shared drive administration
- Meticulous and accurate in data handling and record keeping.
- Experience in training coordination.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
