Job Description & Duties
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to oversee the design, implementation, and quality assurance of our latest application upgrades. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users while managing vendor deliverables.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze both technical and user requirements for upcoming system enhancements.
- Architecture & Feasibility: Study technical feasibility and create initial infrastructure and application structure designs.
- UI Collaboration: Provide technical input and support for User Interface (UI) designs.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Support: Coordinate with various internal and external parties, offering technical support across system design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Vendor & Acceptance Management: Review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- External Integration Support: Assist Government departments and non-government organizations (NGOs) in adopting and integrating the newly enhanced functions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Formulate, review, and execute system integration test plans, load/stress test plans, and performance testing.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software application development.
- Proven track record in system design, development, deployment, and maintenance of IT application systems.
- Solid experience in mobile application development (Android and iOS).
- Strong expertise in RESTful API design and implementation for seamless system integration.
- Demonstrated experience handling System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and stress/load testing.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of providing high-quality technical support to diverse users and clients.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
