Engage with users to gather, clarify, and align on system requirements.

Oversee and manage external IT contractors to ensure project delivery.

Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
At least 4 years’ IT experience in system/application development
At least 2 years’ experience in:
Microsoft Active Directory Administration
C# programming
JAVA Programming
MS ASP.NET
PHP programming
