Analyst Programmer (Java, .Net, Over $40K)

• Provide support across the full development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, development, integration, and testing.
• Engage with users to gather, clarify, and align on system requirements.
• Design user interfaces and perform coding development.
• Oversee and manage external IT contractors to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least 4 years’ IT experience in system/application development
• At least 2 years’ experience in:
  • Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • C# programming
  • JAVA Programming
  • MS ASP.NET
  • PHP programming
