Analyst Programmer (Java & OpenShift, Government, 30-50K)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Manage application infrastructure by configuring and deploying systems across WebLogic/Oracle and OpenShift Cloud environments.
Drive system integration and develop backend data interfaces, with a focus on HL7 v2 and FHIR standards.
Optimize database performance using SQL and leverage Shell Scripting for process automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in application development and implementation.
Solid experience with Java, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, DBMS, SQL, and Shell Scripting.
Hands‑on experience with application setup, configuration, and deployment within Oracle WebLogic and Red Hat OpenShift Cloud environments.
Knowledge of backend data interfaces and system integration is an advantage.
Knowledge of HL7 v2 messaging and FHIR standards is a plus.
Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
