Job Duties
Application Development & AI Orchestration
Hybrid Human-AI Workflows:
Manage and oversee hybrid workflows, reviewing code generated by AI agents, conducting automated refactoring, and maintaining strict architectural integrity.
AI-Assisted Productivity:
Utilize AI Coding Assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and Prompt Engineering to rapidly generate boilerplate code, comprehensive unit tests, and documentation under rigorous human oversight.
Modern Frontend Delivery:
Develop responsive interfaces utilizing React, focusing on modern "AI-ready" UI components and streaming interfaces.
System Architecture & Code Maintenance
Enterprise Refactoring:
Refactor, review, and maintain existing enterprise application codebases, prioritizing scalability, high performance, and security to support global business growth.
Advanced Architectural Design:
Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD), MVVM, and Micro-Frontend (MFE) patterns. Design next-generation Agentic Workflows where software components can reason and act autonomously using tools and APIs.
Database & Lifecycle Support:
Perform scheduled application releases, system upgrades, and manage database integrations. Provide user support and occasional standby service for critical production situations.
Collaboration & Agile
Agile Participation:
Effectively contribute to daily scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews alongside the Product Owner and scrum team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with architects, engineers, QA professionals, and designers to contribute to robust solution designs and complex problem-solving.
Requirements
Experience & Education
Education:
University Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
3–4 years of relevant working experience in application development and technical support.
Technical Skills & Ecosystems
Core Languages:
Solid, hands-on experience in Java, Springboot and React is essential.
Development Ecosystem:
Advanced knowledge of IntelliJ IDEA, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
Databases:
Good understanding of one or more database systems: MongoDB.
AI Fluency & Mindset
The "Orchestrator" Mindset:
A strong focus on Systems Thinking, with the ability to see how AI agents, tools, and human oversight connect.
Adaptability:
A high degree of agility and eagerness to research, learn, and pivot monthly as the AI landscape evolves, consistently bringing that knowledge back to the team.
Communication & Soft Skills
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both English and Putonghua (Mandarin) is required.
Stakeholder Management:
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the specific ability to translate and explain complex, AI-driven architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
