As an Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment operations by managing requisitions, maintaining recruiting systems and data, and ensuring an efficient hiring process. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support talent acquisition initiatives while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & Coordination
Manage and maintain a high volume of hiring requisitions with accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with organizational standards.
Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruitment-related documentation.
Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Assist with internal mobility and promotion processes by coordinating approvals, documentation, and system updates.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal talent databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Partner with recruiters to support sourcing strategies for critical and high-volume hiring requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate recruiting records through timely data entry, audits, and system updates.
Ensure data integrity across applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
Generate and analyze recruiting reports, metrics, and status updates to support hiring decisions and workforce planning activities.
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure recruiting activities are executed efficiently and aligned with established processes.
Provide responsive support and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Certifications required:
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources with a focus on:
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
High-volume hiring
Employment practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruiting, employment, high-volume hiring, EEO, and compliance.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-functional teams.
