Solidy is looking for a mid‑senior Android Developer who can build and maintain functional applications across Android‑based devices and help us attract our target audience. The candidate will design, develop and test Android applications for a vast number of diverse Android devices and their integration with back‑end services.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for Android devices on the Android platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Maintain code integrity, quality, organization, and automatization.
- Work on bug fixing and improve application performance.
- Design application updates over the period.
- Explore trending applications in the market and implement new technologies to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work closely with project managers in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- 3‑6 years of Android OS development experience.
- Jetpack Compose (layouts: Column, Row, Box, ConstraintLayout; modifier, compose animations; design system in Compose; text and typography in Compose; side effects; CompositionLocal and Navigation).
- Experience with Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Knowledge of Android SDK and different versions of Android.
- Understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
- Knowledge of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload.
