Job Summary:
Develop and maintain XtraCover's mobile app for seamless buy/sell experiences in refurbished phones/laptops. Strong Android focus with iOS familiarity to support cross-platform features like inventory tracking and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize Android app features (e.g., device valuation, buyback scheduling, AR previews).
- Integrate APIs for payments, tracking, and 64-point QC data.
- Collaborate on iOS app enhancements for hybrid functionality.
- Ensure app performance, bug fixes, and updates for Android/iOS compatibility.
- Work with UI/UX for intuitive sell/buy flows and promotions.
- Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for scalability.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years in Android development (Kotlin/Java); 1-2 years iOS (Swift) exposure.
- Experience with Retrofit, Room, Jetpack Compose; familiarity with Flutter/React Native a plus.
- Built e-commerce apps, preferably in refurbished/electronics domain.
- Knowledge of app store guidelines, push notifications, and analytics (Firebase).
- Bachelor's in Computer Science; portfolio required.
