THE ROLE
Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Required :
- 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
-
5+ years of experience in native Android development (Java & Kotlin)
- Strong UI and animation skills for both native Android and Flutter
- Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
- Deep understanding of Android SDK (permissions, services, background tasks, etc.)
- Experience with common Android libraries (Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, OkHttp)
- Familiarity with legacy Android tools (RxJava, AsyncTasks, Views)
- Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
- Comfortable with Android Studio, git, Firebase, and performance profiling tools
- Experience with maintaining apps on Google Play (100,000+ downloads)
- Familiarity with Agile workflows (Kanban)
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with iOS deployment (not required, but a bonus)
