Work closely with product manager to develop and execute action plans to address gaps

Recommend innovations that enhance and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organization

Communicate effectively with both the business and technical teams

Mentor junior offshore developers

Experience with AI coding tools

API development experience Minimal APIs and Controller-based.

Experience working in an Azure environment.

Experience working in insurance or reinsurance industry is desirable

Experience with agile methodologies

Experience working in SOX and SOC-2 compliant environment

Strong understanding of enhancement management and product lifecycle development

Experience with Python preferred
