Job Description:
As an Angular Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern single-page web applications while integrating seamlessly with backend APIs and enterprise services. You will work within a structured enterprise environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing front-end solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deployment processes, and governance requirements. The role requires strong Angular expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering reliable user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based single-page applications
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Troubleshoot client-server integration issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders to implement technical solutions
- Ensure application security through authentication, authorization, and secure credential management practices
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to development standards, change control processes, and documentation requirements
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release management activities
- Implement feature-flag driven deployments and safe rollout strategies
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues while minimizing impact to users
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Work within Agile development methodologies to deliver project requirements on schedule
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on front-end application development
- Extensive experience developing Angular single-page applications
- Strong experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of API versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and backward compatibility practices
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including token-based security models
- Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory integrations
- Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in enterprise environments
- Ability to work within regulated environments requiring documentation, peer reviews, and change management controls
- Knowledge of secure application development and secret management practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, or SQL (preferred)
- Understanding of contact center platforms, routing concepts, digital channels, IVR, or workforce management solutions (preferred)
- Experience with SDKs, XML, SCXML/VXML, or platform integration frameworks (preferred)
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
