JOB DESCRIPTION

Automation Configuration Management

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Ansible expertise in writing playbooks, roles, and modules for infrastructure automation
• Python scripting for automation, monitoring, and API integrations
• PowerShell automation for Windows systems
• Active Directory and cloud resource management
• Monitoring and observability

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Dynatrace Synthetic real‑user monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis
• Moogsoft event correlation, alert management, and incident response orchestration
• Elasticsearch log aggregation, querying (Lucene syntax), and integration with Kibana
• Logstash incident service management
• Ticket lifecycle management, CMDB configuration, and workflow automation
• Cloud platforms (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, Azure, or GCP) for provisioning and scaling
• Container orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes‑based Docker, Helm charts)
• SQL Server working knowledge
• IAM encryption and secret management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault)
• Vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks (SOC, CICD DevOps)
• Pipeline tools such as UCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git workflows
• Artifact management (Artifactory, Nexus)
• Load testing (JMeter) and capacity planning
• SLAs, SLIs definition and measurement
