My client is looking for (1) Analyst Programmer, (2) IT Support Specialist, (3) Technical Business Analyst
(1) Job Requirements for AP or P
Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent
Over2-year experience
in the capacity of Analyst Programmer; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may be considered for the position of Programmer.
Knowledge in Microservice
architecture, Cloud platform, mainly AWS, Docker, DevOPs, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube, AI, e-Payment, Crystal Report is preferred
Fully understand
AI tools for facilitating IT operations, e.g. Copilot, Gemini, etc.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good command of written and communication skill with users/ vendors
Less 2 years can be programmer level.
(2) Job requirement of IT Support Specialist, HK40000/month
Both App Support and Deskside support are needed
Minimum
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles, with deskside or end-user computing support experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability in
hardware troubleshooting
and
repair for PCs, laptops, and peripherals , with good practical sense for diagnosing basic device issues.
Experience providing
application support to users following SOPs or documentation, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office Suite
and common business applications.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; comfortable liaising with vendors, cross-functional internal teams, and non-technical users.
Excellent customer service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to end-users.
Good command of spoken Cantonese and English; written proficiency in English and Chinese
(Mandarin is an advantage).
Familiarity with
IT service management practices (ITIL concepts preferred)
and experience using ticketing/incident management systems
(3) Job Requirement of Technical Business Analyst (Banking), HK26000/month
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in business analysis, software development, system implementation.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
Exposure to banking or financial services projects is an advantage but not required.
