As a key member of the Technical Products and Services team, you will help transform clients’ operations and modernize their customer experience through cutting‑edge integration work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Python scripts and Dayforce Integration Studio.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines between internal and third‑party systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, ensuring reliability and data accuracy.
- Maintain technical documentation including data schemas, endpoints, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (BA, QA, Engineering) to define requirements and deliver integration projects on time.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing system integrations or APIs using Python.
- Strong hands‑on experience with REST API design, XML/JSON data handling, and transformation logic.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dayforce Integration Studio, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT) and data exchange standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
