App Developer (Ionic)

Responsibilities and Attributions
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the backend team to define, build, and deliver app features, ensuring seamless integration with the API;
- Participate in feature planning, technical discussions, and solution design with backend and frontend colleagues;
- Ensure efficient communication between the mobile front-end and backend services;
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability;
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues collaboratively with the team;
- Stay current on best practices for hybrid app development and contribute to ongoing improvements;
- Support a culture of constructive feedback, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
Requisites and Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ionic and Angular;
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+);
- Experience with RESTful API integration;
- Proficient with version control systems (Git);
- Experience preparing mobile apps for release on Android and iOS, including managing platform-specific requirements, signing, and packaging;
- Experience with mobile UI/UX patterns and responsive design;
- Understanding of offline-first app design;
- Comfortable working in Agile teams.
Addtional Informations
Nice to Have :
- Experience with Capacitor and native plugins;
- Familiarity with enterprise/private app distribution for Android and iOS (outside of public app stores); :
- Familiarity with mobile security best practices;
- Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, or mobile analytics tools;
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps;
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Understanding of testing frameworks for mobile apps (Jasmine, Karma, or similar).
