SUMMARY:
Q2 is looking for a Senior Application Analyst for GitLab and GitHub who will work closely with key engineering users and is considered the technical subject matter expert on these systems. This person will own platform administration-from technical support through continuous platform improvements. The ideal candidate possesses strong administration experience and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of Q2’s source repository tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and enterprise application administration, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
Demonstrated experience with system integration, workflow design, and business process mapping
Proficiency in querying, data validation, and reporting using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
Experience with user and role management, access control, and application security
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve complex technical and functional problems
Proven ability to lead application-related projects and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement, system performance, and user experience
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
