You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and technical leadership.
• Proven experience managing a Python-based architecture.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing technical strategies aligned with product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and technical leaders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve technical challenges and guide teams toward efficient solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to mentor, empower, and inspire team members.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers to understand product features and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams in overcoming technical challenges.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in application architecture to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to coding, refactoring, and debugging during development to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals.
• Develop and maintain technical strategies that align with business and product success metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of technical processes, standards, and documentation.
