Role Overview We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can independently handle mobile app development end-to-end — from implementing UI designs to integrating APIs and delivering production-ready builds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership , learning fast , and working in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Android & iOS applications using Flutter Implement UI/UX designs accurately as provided (Figma / design specs) Integrate REST APIs, authentication, and backend services Handle app state management, navigation, and performance optimization Debug issues, fix bugs, and ensure smooth app functionality Prepare builds for Play Store & App Store releases Collaborate with backend developer when required Take full ownership of assigned modules and features Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart Understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices Experience integrating APIs and handling JSON data Familiarity with Git/version control Ability to work independently and complete features end-to-end Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Notifications) Prior startup or solo project experience Exposure to app deployment on Play Store / App Store What We’re Looking For Someone who can own their work , not wait for constant instructions Comfortable handling features independently Clear communication and accountability Startup mindset — adaptable, responsible, and execution-focused How to Apply Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their resume GitHub/portfolio to:
