About the Role
Our client is looking for Software Solutions Engineers to develop, support, and modernize business-critical applications. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver practical solutions that improve operational efficiency.
We're interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
- IBM i (AS/400)
- IBM i (AS/400) + ARCAD
- IBM i (AS/400) + Java
- Full Stack Development (Angular)
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support and improve business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams
- Share knowledge and contribute to team success
Requirements
- Experience in software development and/or application support
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with IBM i, ARCAD, Java and/or Angular
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in new technologies and AI-driven improvements
Practical Information
- On-site presence required
- Participation in an on-call rotation is required
- 4-day working week can be considered
