Application Developer -Java Full Stack Development

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.- Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Angular.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Angular.- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and agile methodologies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
